Our TreeHouse


 Our TreeHouse is a rental space located upstairs at the Compass Rose location. We wanted to create a relaxing adventurous atmosphere that will bring together our community through learning, laughing and gathering. Located in the heart of downtown Bemidji, our TreeHouse offers a central spot to host parties or meetings. 


Our TreeHouse offers...

  • 2500 sq ft.
  • Comfy lounge area with two couches and two chairs. Additional seating can be arranged. 
  • Six large (4'x8') workshop tables with benches. Benches sit six adults comfortably per table, but can allow for more if needed. 
  • Whiteboard 
  • Projector and laptop use
  • Full sized fridge and freezer access
  • The space is not handicap accessible. There are stairs leading up to the space. 
  • Restroom access

 

Food Offerings:

You are welcome to bring in your own food, or have food catered. Recommended catering options include; Fozzie's BBQ, Keith's Pizza, Giovonni's Pizza, Keg n' Cork and Lazy Jack's. 


Alcohol and Beer:

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the TreeHouse UNLESS you are catering food from a vendor that holds a "alcohol catering license" from the City of Bemidji. Those include Keg n' Cork, Brigid's Pub, and Lazy Jacks. If you are wanting your event to include alcoholic beverages, please mention that when booking the space. 


Pricing: 

2 hour minimum rental time after 4:30 pm on weekdays and weekends (off hours). $50 deposit non-refundable if cancel with in 3 days of event.
Payment is required when reserving the space.
Hours are calculated by rounding up to the nearest half hour. 

  • $55/hr workshop and lounge  <10 people
  • $65/hr workshop and lounge +($25 clean up fee) 10-20 people
  • $80/hr workshop and lounge +($40 clean up fee) 20 plus people

 

Why is it called our TreeHouse?

 Remember when you were a kid, going over to your neighbor's treehouse and playing up there for hours? It was your escape, full of adventures and laughs. A place to learn and grow. Sure it was a little rough, but it didn't take away from the fun you had up there. That's what our TreeHouse is to us!
