  • Capture and edit digital video
  • Create and implement social media and email campaigns
  • Photography of products and editing
  • Knowledge of Canva, Shopify, MailChimp is a plus

Customer Service / Retail

  • Merchandising products through displays, tagging and inventory management.
  • Guarantees visual standards are met, and the store is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Proven ability in leading the delivery of a high level of customer service in a retail environment
  • Resolve issues with merchandise,vendors, or customers in a respectful, timely manner
  • Invoice and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
    Expected Requirements
    • Detail orientated and excellent organization skills
    • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to build, lead, and manage team
    • Excellent decision making ability in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to meet performance expectations. 
    • Ability to create and implement strategic plans to move the business forward.
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment, technology, customers or staff. 
    • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require some weekends, evenings, and holidays
    Physical Requirements
    • Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones, printer, copier, etc.)
    • Standing required for entire work shift
    • Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
    • Hours per week: 25-35 during general store hours 
    • Schedule can be flexible between Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm
    • Occasional weekends or events depending on availability. 
    • Health and Dental benefits are not offered at this time.
