Most of our products and designs are create in-house at Compass Rose. We're located in downtown Bemidji, MN. If we didn't create the design, one of our small business partners did! We love supporting other graphic artists.

Hannah and her crew were very essential to us with providing unique branded merchandise for our lodge.
They helped us by talking through how to merchandise not only their products, but our other products, to maximize our sales. When I would have a big idea for a product, Hannah and I would talk through it to make it a reality!
She also created signage for each cabin, directional signage in the lodge and exterior, to pull our brand together in all facets of our resort.

We make all of our personalized gifts in-house! Most of our designs are created by Hannah, the owner of Compass Rose. We're all a part of the process, and love being able to offer unique gifts for your special moments in life.
All personalized items are made to order. Our average turnaround time is 14-21 business days after final artwork approval, in the optimal conditions for wholesale orders. If there are unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you choose to place a rush on your order, there will be a 20% rush fee applied to the total of your order. As mentioned above, all personalized items are made to order. if you are in need of your item before our stated turnaround time, a rush fee will be added to your total. Some items are unable to be rushed, if we don't have the base item in stock. RUSH FEE: 20% of original total. Please keep in mind that the rush fee does not apply to expedited shipping.
All personalized items are unable to be returned. If there was an error on our end, we will do our best to correct it at no cost to you. If the error was on your end, we will discuss options but the cost will be your responsibility.
After we discuss the details of your wholesale order, a proof will be sent to you via email or text. Up to two revisions are acceptable at this time. An artwork fee will be applied to the total if additional revisions are needed per the customer's request. Upon approval, we will begin creating your order and changes will not be available at this time. You will be notified when order is complete, and final payment is collected at time of pick-up if necessary.
There will be a $50 design/set-up fee applied to each design. This allows you to use the same design on the same type of product. If a revision to the design is needed, due to use on a different type of product, then another design/set-up fee will be applied. All of this will be communicated at the time of your order.
